All wagers accepted by BetFirstClassSportsbook.com are subject to the following rules.

General

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to open a wagering account with BetFirstClass.
2. Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which you are located or residing (Including the United States) If so, you are responsible for any gaming activity and you are also responsible for ensuring that you are not contravening any law or legislature prohibiting gaming online.
3. Customers must not misrepresent themselves when providing information in the customer sign up form in order to establish a wagering account. BetFirstClass assumes the information provided by the account holder is accurate and cannot responsible for any type of misrepresentation by the account holder.
4. BetFirstClass reserves the rights to cancel any wager made on a bad line or any wager placed after the start of the event being wagered on.
5. BetFirstClass may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager made on its service.
6. Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
7. Any payoffs, regulations, and rules are subject to change and revision by BetFirstClass without prior written notice.
8. All wagers and transactions are to be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Persons residing in Costa Rica are prohibited from opening a wagering account with BetFirstClass.
9. Maximum Payout on ANY wager is $40,000 or 200 to 1.
