Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep all account information confidential. The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of the account either through the phone or the website.

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

Special offers and promotions are strictly one per household/internet account/syndicate unless otherwise noted. Any user who abuses this policy may have their account terminated and any offer may be nullified at the discretion of the management.

All Internet wagers are final once accepted by BetFirstClass and verified by the member.

BetFirstClass does not take responsability for missing or duplicate wagers made by the member online and will not review discrepancy request because a play is missing or duplicated. It is advisable to print a copy of all wagers made using the Internet. If you have a discrepancy in your balance, this printout will allow us to solve the problem quickly and accurately.

Members may review their transactions in the PLAY LOG section of the site after each session in order to verify that all wagers placed were accepted. PLEASE CHECK ALL WAGERS CAREFULLY!

BetFirstClass follows Las Vegas no bet regulations which state: No bet +/- 2 ½ points or 40 ¢ from the consensus line shall be honored regardless of whether the error is made by the sportsbook or the customer in either manual or electronic transaction.

Official Game: All sporting events must be played on the date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed, suspended and/or rescheduled, this automatically constitutes "no action". Please visit our Betting Rules page and review each individual sport to obtain playtime regulations that constitute action on a wager.

In Football or Basketball, customers CANNOT leave open spots in any of our special teasers.

In Baseball, a wager on a Run Line or a Total will always be with the Listed Pitchers. Therefore, if there is a Pitcher change, the wager will be NO ACTION.

Please note that 4th Quarter Wagering in football DOES NOT include Overtime.
